In this project, we completed a CNC Router with Automatic Tool Changer Automation project by troubleshooting the electrical panel and configuring the control system. The machine was equipped with a Radonix controller, integrated with Sanmotion (Sanyo Denki) servo drivers, as well as Delta drivers and inverters. By performing precise driver tuning and inverter setup, we ensured stable performance, accurate motion control, and efficient operation. This upgrade enhanced reliability, flexibility, and productivity for industrial CNC machining applications.
