In this project, we completed a Massage Machine with Water Mechanism Automation project by developing and implementing both the PLC program using Delta technology and the HMI program using Panel Master. The system was designed to deliver a relaxing water massage experience with advanced control features and efficient resource management.
The machine’s dimensions are 220×80×135 cm when closed and 320×130×155 cm when fully open. With a lightweight design of just 150 kg, it is portable, easy to install, and energy efficient. The system uses minimal water consumption thanks to water recirculation and has low electricity usage, making it cost-effective. Key features include adjustable usage time, temperature, pressure, massage frequency, and target points, as well as an integrated audio system. Compared to traditional open jacuzzis, this massage machine offers a compact, practical, and affordable alternative for personal or therapeutic use.
