In this project, we completed a CNC Milling Machine Automation project by developing and implementing both the PLC and HMI programs using Delta technology. The goal of this automation was to deliver precise machining control, reliable operation, and a user-friendly interface for operators.
The Delta PLC was programmed to manage the milling process with stable and accurate logic, while the Delta HMI provided operators with an intuitive interface for monitoring and control. This combination improved cutting accuracy, operational stability, and overall machine performance. The project highlights our expertise in PLC programming, HMI design, and advanced CNC automation for industrial applications.
