In this project, we completed an Automatic and Manual Glass Loading Machine Automation project by programming both the Delta PLC and Delta HMI, configuring the inverter, and supervising the electrical panel. The system was designed to operate in both manual and automatic modes, giving operators full flexibility and control over the glass loading process.
The Delta PLC ensured stable and accurate logic control, while the Delta HMI provided a user-friendly interface for monitoring and adjustments. By configuring the inverter and supervising the electrical panel, we achieved reliable motion performance, improved safety, and long-term stability. This automation solution enhanced machine efficiency, reduced downtime, and optimized the glass loading process for industrial applications.
