In this project, we completed a 4th Axis CNC Router Automation in 2019 by troubleshooting the electrical panel, installing a Delta inverter, configuring Yaskawa servo drivers, and integrating the Radonix controller with dedicated machine software. This automation upgrade improved motion precision, expanded multi-axis functionality, and enhanced system reliability for complex industrial woodworking applications. The optimized setup allowed smoother operation, faster tool paths, and long-term stability under heavy-duty use.
