In this project, we completed a CNC Machining Centre of 5 Interpolated Axis Automation project, covering turning, drilling, milling, and sanding operations. The work involved designing and wiring a custom electrical panel, installing a Radonix controller, and integrating advanced hardware components such as a Delta inverter, Yaskawa drivers, and GSK GS3100 servo drives.
This automation upgrade provided precise motion control, smooth performance, and long-term stability across multiple machining processes. By combining hardware integration with custom programming, we enhanced reliability, accuracy, and efficiency for complex 5-axis operations, enabling the machine to handle demanding industrial applications with higher productivity and reduced downtime.
