Description :
In this CNC Panel Cutting Machine Electrical Panel Design and Automation project, completed in 2024, we built a full control solution for a Cut Master machine. Delta servo drivers power the pusher and carriage axes, while a Santerno SG10 inverter manages the aligner axis. A Radonix controller centralizes all parameters and communicates with our in-house software, which sends commands and collects real-time data. The result is precise alignment, faster changeovers, safer operation, and durable performance with organized wiring and industrial standards. Benefits include predictive maintenance and accurate results.
