In this CNC Panel Cutting Machine Software Programming project, completed in 2024, we developed advanced automation software synchronized with OptiCut to minimize material waste and optimize nesting. The software is ensuring precision, reliability, and smooth performance.
Operators can import CSV output files from OptiCut, manage opened files, and monitor machine performance in real-time. The system simulates cutting sequences step by step, highlights active program lines, and allows restarting from specific points, reducing downtime and improving usability. Additional features include label printing (multiple predefined sizes), barcode generation, customer/operator data display, and wood type identification. Advanced diagnostics cover input/output monitoring, error detection with visual indicators, adjustable blade thickness, and a real-time error log with date and time.
This custom-built software improved cutting accuracy, operational safety, and predictive maintenance, making it a scalable and reliable solution for CNC Panel Cutting Machines in industrial production.
