In this 2018 project, SAYA Tech developed a fully automated control system for a PVC edge banding machine. Using Delta PLC and HMI, we programmed the entire process from glue application and edge feeding to trimming and cutting operations. The intuitive HMI interface allowed operators to monitor and adjust parameters easily, improving both precision and productivity on the shop floor.
