In this 2018 welding machine automation project, we designed and developed a complete control system using PLC and HMI programming, along with the fabrication of multiple electronic panels. The project was built using Delta PLC & HMI and stepper motor drives to ensure precise motion control and user-friendly interaction. The system significantly improved welding accuracy and process stability across all units.
