In this project, we completed a CNC Glass Cutting Machine & Loading Automation project by programming the PLC and software for the loading system, installing the Radonix controller, troubleshooting the electrical panel, and configuring the software. Both the PLC code (Delta) and the computer software were designed and implemented to operate in manual and automatic modes. The machine was equipped with a Yaskawa inverter and Delta drivers, ensuring reliable performance, precise motion control, and stable operation. This project improved the machine’s flexibility, stability, and efficiency for industrial glass processing.
