In this project, we completed a Flow Drilling Machine Automation project at the Iran Khodro factory. The work included designing and wiring a custom electrical panel, creating a durable polycarbonate label, installing a Radonix controller, and setting up the software. The system was also integrated with Delta drivers and a Delta inverter, ensuring smooth operation, precise motion control, and long-term stability. This automation improved machine efficiency, reliability, and ease of use, making the production process faster and more accurate for industrial applications.
