IVacuum Press Machine Automation is a crucial upgrade for woodworking. In this project, a vacuum press machine for woodworking was automated using a Delta PLC and a PanelMaster HMI. The system included the design and fabrication of a new industrial control panel, as well as complete PLC programming to manage the press cycles and vacuum sequences.
The project was completed in 2018, showcasing efficient control, reliable operation, and user-friendly interface tailored for woodworking needs.
